For over 24 years, Robert Pasch has focused his legal practice on providing high quality, personalized and passionate criminal defense for his clients. Upon graduating from Syracuse Law School in 1999, Robert served as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County for over three years. In 2003, Robert entered the private legal sector, where he continues to zealously represent clients at the State and Federal level. Robert has helped thousands of clients resolve their criminal cases through jury trials, bench trials and plea resolutions in county and circuit courts throughout Florida and the in federal Southern District court. Robert has successfully defended adult and juvenile clients who have been charged with various crimes including DUI, Domestic Battery, Drug Trafficking, Drug Manufacturing, Drug Sales, Burglary, Robbery, Grand theft, Carjacking, Firearm Offenses, Money Laundering, RICO, Medicare Fraud, Patient Brokering, Violations of the Federal Anti-kickback Statue, Vehicular Homicide, and First Degree Murder.

Robert has served on the Board of the Palm Beach County Criminal Lawyers Association, as well as the Advisory Board for the Lake Worth High School Criminal Justice Academy. In his personal time, Robert coaches little league baseball and practices taekwondo with his children.
